Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the three and a half inch clear, ultra-thin, service mount, rectangular strobe light with three LEDs. The strobe light's gonna have three LEDs and 12 flash patterns, with synchronis and alternating functions. It's gonna most commonly be used on pickup trucks, trailers and service vehicles. It's gonna include screws and self-adhesive tape to make simple fastening. Now it's gonna have an ultra thin design, so it's only gonna be about a quarter inch thick, so it is gonna mount into really tight spots. And the LEDs are gonna make a great replacement over incandescent lights, 'cause they're gonna last about 50 times longer and be more efficient, 'cause they're gonna provide a brighter light with less power output, and we're not gonna have to worry about replacing bulbs or any brittle filaments inside to break.Now the housing is gonna be a black housing, and it is gonna be a clear lens with clear LEDs.

It's gonna be a service mount design, which means it's gonna use those screws to put it directly to the surface where we want to mount it up. Now as far as the wiring goes, we're gonna have three blunt cut wires that are gonna be coming off the back. A black wire's gonna be our ground, our white wire's gonna be our power, and our brown wire's actually gonna serve two functions. It's gonna sync up any other lights that we have with it, as well as go through our flash patterns. The light's gonna be rated IPX8 for water resistance, and have an SAEJ595 Class 1 rating, as well as a CA13 certification.I'd like to give a few dimensions of our light, here.

The light itself is gonna be right at 3 and 7/16th inches long, and it's gonna be right at 1 and 3/16" tall, and it's gonna be right about a quarter inch deep. Now they're gonna give about eight inches of wire coming out of the back, and again, it's gonna have three diodes in there. This is gonna work with both 12 and 24 volt systems, and at 12 volts, it's gonna be pulling half an amp.So, I'll go ahead and hook up our strobe lights so you can see the light output, and the different flash patterns. So I'll hook up my power and ground wires. Turn on my 12 volt power source, and you can see already, just those three LEDs are pretty bright.

Now, if we take our brown wire and we touch it to our power source, it's gonna switch that pattern. So, I'll go ahead and turn off the overhead lights so you can get an idea of how bright it actually is. I'll cycle through some of the flash patterns. I'll go ahead and turn the overhead light back on. Turn my power source off, and I'll disconnect my wires.And that will do it for the three and a half inch clear, ultra thin, service mounted, rectangular strobe light with three LEDs..
